Join founding naturalist Laura Chávez Silverman for a fun and informative experience that will leave you in high spirits (without the alcohol). Learn to combine botanical ingredients into spirit-free drinks that are both delicious and healing. We’ll review various foraging, preservation and mixology techniques, then shake and stir up delectable options using teas, tinctures, bitters, ferments and cordials. Sunshine tonic? Brain-boosting elixir? Virgin hot toddy? Check, check, check. Light snacks will be served and you’ll take home some signature recipes. Space is limited; registration is required.
