RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS:  Full payment is required to reserve a spot for all excursions and events. Unless otherwise specified, all excursions are rain or shine. Should you need to cancel, we require a minimum 48 hours notice in order to provide a full refund. For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to retain part or all of your fee.

FOOD ISSUES: Whenever possible, we will try to work around any dietary restrictions. Please give us ample notice so we can find a substitution.

LIABILITY: The Outside Institute takes every precaution to ensure your safety. Whether we are on state lands or private property, we require all participants to sign a standard liability waiver.

FEES: If our fees are beyond your means, please get in touch so we can accommodate you. We are also open to barter arrangements.
