Tree Education Walk with Levi O’Brien, arborist, green woodworker and instructor at the New York Botanical Garden.

Join us for a walk through the leafy landscape of the Upper Lenape Valley and learn about the trees that surround and support us, from how to identify species to their ecological, cultural and historic significances. Levi is a knowledgeable and engaging teacher passionate about biology, dendrology and woodlore. All ages and abilities welcome. Space is limited to 15; registration is required.

Location: Sullivan County, NY. Details will be emailed to participants.

Of note: A light trail snack is included. Bring your water bottle and whatever you need to be comfortable in the woods for a couple of hours. A loupe or hand lens could come in handy.
