Group walk at Smokey Belles.
Join founding naturalist Laura Chávez Silverman and Anie Stanley of Smokey Belles Catskills Artist Homestead for a guided walk along the picturesque Ten Mile River in Sullivan County. We’ll explore the natural wonders of high summer, learning about native and introduced plants, trees and mushrooms, including edible and medicinal species. Nibble things, admire the beauty and commune with fellow naturalists. A wild-flavored trail snack is included for a taste of the season. Space is limited; advance registration is required.
